Other than its obvious and direct violation of my dietary intentions, we are enjoying the fresh new smells and warm feelings of hominess that has enveloped our home since its Christmas Eve arrival.
Mikey is relatively new to bread baking; but you wouldn’t know it from this, his first loaf of Rye.
Now if only we had some homegrown fresh herbs!

I am sad for you that the chia herb garden is an epic failure! I think that the disapointment can be felt all the way over here in Indy! Fortunately, they sell fresh herbs in the produce dept for a mere $12.00 an ounce (like buying weed in the 70's)
